I have problem connecting to voicemail pilot from pstn, not from internal ip phone. The calls disconnected.

the connection is as below :

pstn -> vgw -> cucm -> cuc

65396789 = voicemail pilot number

96409253 = handphone number

Not sure whether is it due to telco? However the other DID range ( ip phone ) is working fine.

Hi Ky,

You can try to add the command "voice rtp send-recv" in your gateway config

Hi,

Did you try a translation pattern or CTI RP to reach your pilot number
