Cisco Unified Provisioning Manager. IM-0021 [ERROR]

I have created new order to chang phone's attribute (Description) and get Handle Unrecoverable Error. Here error message:

Error encountered while retrieving line information. Inventory Exception:DFC Exception IM-0021 [ERROR]: No object with ID 0 exists.

What's wrong?

do the following on your CUPM server:

Go to Provisioning Dashboard --> My Activities

Locate the "Handle Unrecoverable Error" activity for the failed order

Click "Accept" and then "Abort Remainder Order", which should set the order to HOLD state.

Now on that subscriber's Subscriber Record, that phone should be manageable again. Expand the Phone, and click the View button. If it shows the attributes, try to place the change phone order again.

If the View results in an error; go to Manage Subscriber UI, click Synchronize Subscriber; once sync is done, try to View the Phone again. If it shows attributes, try to place the change phone again.

I have did it, but it's not resolve my problem.
