What is the parameter value name for adding the "0" prefix with the personal address book in CUCM 6?
In CUCM 4 we used "predial" but this isn't working anymore in CUCM 6.

The PreDial parameter is an option available in CCM 4.x. In CUCM 5.x and later the Fast dial and PAB are already integrated to the phone, so there is no way to configure the PreDial as a service parameter.
You can do this through the following ways:
- You can edit the entries on the Fast Dials through the CCMUser page at https://
Go to User Options > Fast Dials.
- The other option is by creating a dial rule. From the CCMAdmin page go to Call Routing > Dial Rules > Directory LookUp Rules

The directory lookup rule only applies to fast dials though not to personal address book (PAB).
