I have a PRI that is currently down. Here is what my controller shows

I found this on internet so I opened a ticket with my provider. "Another message you might receive is "receiver is getting AIS." This means the receiver is getting an alarm indication signal (blue alarm). This is a framed or unframed all-ones signal in both SF and ESF formats transmitted to maintain transmission continuity. This is typically seen when the far-end CSU has lost its terminal side equipment.".But I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this with a PRI. If so, am I going down the right path with opening a ticket with my provider? Also, I noticed when I went to the physical device (VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1) and looked at the T1 cards both T1's were reporting a (orange/yellow) alarm, but when I check the second controller it doesn't shows errors and shows "Active" "Multi Frame established" is this second alarm caused by the Vwic2 card and can be ignored?
