How to open ports for ASA 5505 using ASDM?

I am trying to open ports via ASDM so my SBS 2008 server functions correctly. I need to open ports 25, 80, 443 and 987. My biggest issue right now is getting Exchange to receive mail. I am using ASDM 5.2 and the ASA version is 7.2(4). Cisco for Dummies answer would be appreciated. :)

PS - Don't have a computer available with a COM port to use the command console.
