Software conference & MTP resources not registered

I have CCM 4.1(3) ,I restarted all services but SW_CNF & SW_MTP resources on CCM not registered or not found in spite of I reseted "Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App" service & even reseted the whole server.

Why??

restart RIS, check MRGL assigned and which CCM group it has assigned. make sure it's the right one.

if no avail, delete and recreate them

Were these ever registered?

If not - try switching to 'enhanced' versions of the MTP/conference.

Also make sure that when you define the 'sccp ccm id version ' that the version is correct. Depending on the version defined you will see the gateway try to register the resources as different internal DB values that cause registration errors.
