Multiple CCIEs?

For a person who has already received his CCIE cert in whatever field he has perused and is planing to take another CCIE cert,must he again go through the four levels?

(Entry,Associate,Professional,Expert)

or can he directly go to expert?

For any CCIE level there is no prerequisites. So no he/she does not have to go through Entry, Associate,Professional, Expert. They can go straight for the CCIE. Hope this helps.

I just wanted to add that although this process is not required, it typically helps to check yourself more thoroughly from a theoretical aspect than you would check yourself by just taking the CCIE written for the specialization you pursue and can help you manage your studies better. What you choose to do will depend on your confidence and the level of knowledge you have in the second area you seek certification. You could consider taking a subset of those exams, depending on your knowledge.
