With this dial-peer I can connet directly to any ext , If I removed it I cannt call any ext from outside

that DP covers all the range, simply configure a dial-peers that covers ONLY DNs you want to reach, it's pretty obvious

that needs 2 parts of config

1 VoIP dial-peer

1 GW in CUCM

GW includes an inbound CSS which defines what DNs you can reach.

it might be just better if you provide an example because you don't make any sense with that description

301 untill 310 don need to be reach from outside

311 untill 350 need to be reach

OK, 2 options

1 configure dial-peers to only match 311- 350

2 configure a dial-peer to match whole range but configure 301-310 in another partition which is not in the inbound CSS from GW
