We have a centralized callprocessing infrastructur with a lot of branch offices, the branches have their one voicgateways to the PSTN. In only one of the branch offices we have a problem. When a call was built up the audio has a delay of 2-3 seconds. Not every call is affected. It`s no difference between internal or externel calls. QoS is implemented on the whole network and it seem`s to be working ok.
