Sorry for asking a question that has most likely already been asked, but I can't find it in my search. How do I get the phones in Call Manager 5.1 to take the firmware load after I apply a firmware upgrade to the system? I can see my new firmware in the device defaults section, but the phones are still all on the old firmware even after a reset. Any insight that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated as I can't think of much else to try on my end.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve,
Did you Stop/Start the TFTP Sevice?
Hope this helps!

I forgot to restart the TFTP service. This took care of the issue.
Thanks Rob!

Did you just upload a new FW to the TFTP?
If yes you need to change the Device Defaults Configuration within the device settings and update it with the details of the new FW.
You then reset the phones and they will load the new Firmware.
You can do the same to single phones within their device details in order to test it on some phones only.
