I have a Catalyst 6509 running CATOS with redundant 1300 watt power supplies. If I turn off power supply # 2 (right slot) the switch continues to operate normally. If I turn off power supply 1 (left slot) the switch powers down all the modules except the 2 sup cards. I have tried 2 different known good power supplies in slot 2 with the same results. Seems to be a slot issue. Here is the results from show env power.
