Music on Hold

I am running CCM 4.0.2(a)sr2b. I have two extension that have music on hold yet all the settings for music on hold in thier phone configuration in CCM is set to none. I have reset the phone, change the settings on music on hold and changed it back yet still the same. anyone seen this issue.

ok, let get this straight


do those phones are not supposed to hear MOH when put on hold???


or when those phones put on hold the other party should not hear MOH???

?? still not making sense with your description:


when those phones are put on hold -> means you called and were put on hold


the other party should not hear MOH -> means someone called and you put on hold


MOH is defined at these levels


line

device

device pool

enterprise parameters


one of those must be set so the other end hears that X moh stream, the other end also needs to have a MOH server in the MRGL to hear it.
