we have an LMS 3.1 over Windows. In RME we have some devices as failed in the Inventory Collection status. These devices are now in suspended state but still appears as failed.
How could we make disappear the messages of "Inventory Collection failed" related to these devices in the RME homepage?
This is not possible. Unfortunately, there are only two states when it comes to jobs: Successful and Failed. For suspended devices, since they are not attempted, they are marked as failed. However, no attempt was made to contact them.
