Changing IOS on 3750

I currenly have the following:

WS-C3750G-12S

Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(35)SE5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

118784K/12280K bytes of memory.

I want/need to change IOS to:

c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-35.SE5.bin.

When I attempt to copy the 8,436 KB, the upload quits. On the 3750 error states" Error Received from peer: Session terminated. Error form TFTP server (3CDaemon) states at 6353920, "Error received from peer: Session terminated." Appears to always terminated at 6353920. Couple of times it stopped at lower Bytes. I have tried to load on two different switches. Had no problem changing IOS on my 28 3560's. Also attempted to load over two different networks.

Thanks

Please check to see if you have enough space in flash to upload the IOS.

Thanks G,

It appears that that may be the issue. I did not want to delete the current IOS, but it appears that is not an option.

Directory of flash:/

4 -rwx 935 Mar 1 1993 00:37:09 +00:00 config.text

6 drwx 192 Mar 1 1993 00:15:47 +00:00 c3750-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5

I mistakenly rebooted the 3750 after I deleted the IOS........Now I am having trouble reloading an IOS. I would like to load the following: c3750-pservicesk9-mz.122-35.SE5.bin

I am using HyperACCESS to connect to the switch with a roolover cable.

My last attempt gave me the following:

switch: copy xmodem: flash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-35.SE5.bin

Begin the Xmodem or Xmodem-1K transfer now...

CCCCCCCCCCBB0BB0xmodem:: I/O error

Please start form the begining. This is my current switch prompt:

switch:

Hi

Check your serial connection settings, they should be

Bits per second: 9600

Data bits: 8

Parity: None

Stop bits: 1

Flow control: None

Enter the following commands :-

flash_init

load_helper

Copy the IOS again via xmodem

boot flash:c3750-pservicesk9-mz.122-35.SE5.bin
