Does it possible to configure a longer DTMF tone generated by UC520 CME when key press on the IP handset ? Currently it is too short/fast for some of the IVR to recognize it.
Thanks.

Hi Gerald,
If you have a FXO port, you can use this command:
voice-port 0/0/0
timing digit
The default is 100 ms. By ITU standards, anything over 40ms should be detected.

Thanks Nick.
Unfortunately I'm using the SIP trunk and the dial peer is setup as "dtmf-relay rtp-nte"
Any possibilities to change DTMF timing sent through the RTP ?

This is actually good news.
You can try this:
On 12.4(20)T and later:
voice service voip

The UC520 is on 12.4(24)T.
Just test out, it doesn't give any different. And still not able to access some of the IVR.
