I have had this issue since install. I have an ATA 186 with IP 192.168.19.12 trying to reach 10.1.1.1 port 2000 it is being blocked by my ASA firewall my entire phone system is at 192.168.19.xxx .It is absolutely spamming my firewall from port 2114 to 16370 about 2000 attempts in a one hour time span.
Here is what I found logging into the ATA
our SRST is not 10.1.1.1
I cant seem to find where or even if I can change it.
CallManager1[1]: 192.168.19.10 Active
CallManager2[1]: 10.1.1.1(SRST)

Solved after 3 seperate wasted TAC cases.
on the SCCP Parameters page.
You have to set the IP address of
CallManager0 (your CUCM IP address)
CallManager1 (your CUCM or Alt CUCM IP address or)

same issue, same resolution. I also needed to change UseTftp from 1 to 0
