Campus manager error

Hi

When i open the topology services in campus manager iam getting an error stating :Cannot connect to ANI server" (screen shot attached)

I tried restarting services and it worked for me once, but the second time the error occurred , it is not working even after servoce restart ( I use net stop/start crmdmgtd to restart service).

any help please

Hi,

I faced a similar problem. It was due to a hostname issue. Java Client tries to resolve the hostname of the LMS server. You can check this by enabling Java debug console. If this is the case you have to add an entry in the DNS server or the local hosts file.

Further remove proxy server settings on your browser.
