CUOM not receiving traps from CUSM

we have configured a CUSM for sending traps to a CUOM. Everything was working fine.

Some days ago we made some changes in the network devices and now no traps are arrinving into the CUOM Service Quality Alerts from the CUSM.

What we want to know is if the problem is related with the management tools configuration (I think this is not the problem) or the sensors 1040 are not processing data from the IP phones.

So how could we see if the sensors are processing data? Are there any files in the CUSM server where I could see some samples, data...?

normally sensors send CDR data via syslog (UDP port 514).

Via protocol analyzer you can see if data are receiving by CUSM server.

Check also if the crmlog service is up and running.

Log files are located in %NMSROOT%\log\qovr where you can find some "sensor" named file.

Also %NMSROOT%\DataDir contains sensor metrics.
