Hello There,
We have 30 Conference Phones 7936
CallManager 6.1.2
Device Pool with time-zone Eastern Standard Time GMT-05
All 7961 phones properly adapted to the timezone spring hour change except for 7936 phones that are still showing one hour late.
I reset manually all the phones and they don't get the new time.
How can I solve this?

what's the firmware version of the phones?
we had the same problem and we updated the firmware version to the latest and that solved our issue
