We recently upgraded our cluster to 6.1.3(a) and have had some issues pop up; one of the major ones is that the Product Specific Configuration Layout portion of the Phone Configuration page is missing for 7960 and 7962 phones; it is there for 7961 phones. Because of this all the VT Advantage cameras we have assigned to users will not work if they don't have a 7961 phone. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any ideas on a fix?

To resolve this issue, you may try to upgrade to latest patch and Restart CM Services then you can able to see the missing information.

I have the same problem with 7942 configuration, though it did not happen due to upgrade, it just disappeared some day. Have you solved this?
