sip trunk working fine

I'm having difficulty trying to configure my dial-peers so I can make international calls. I've read the cisco document 'Cisco CallManager Express (CME) SIP Trunking Configuration Example' but the config is based around the american dial system and I'm in the UK.

Every land-line number in the UK is 11 digits, so (being a beginner) I made a destination pattern of ........... (eleven dots) and this has always worked. But international numbers are 13 digits and my config only recognises the first eleven digits when dialing, even if add I add another dial peer and I've tried numerous configs. International calls from the UK always start 00.

Attached is a copy of the phone section of my running config. If anyone can help with the the proper way to config international calls I'd be grateful.

Instead of. you can only have 1 destination pattern per dial-peer.
