No ANI in TCD Table via CVP

Guys,

ICM 7.2(5), CVP 4.0(2), 12.4(15)T8. Basically no call gets caller ID in CTIOS, the ANI table in TCD is also empty. Has anyone seen this or know any bugs around this? I have the same version's running at other customers and have no problems :<

Any ideas are awesome!

I think you must check first from GW side that you receive CallerID, you can debug voice ccapi inout

Then check on microapp configuration at ICM, ToExternal VxML, how you are handling ICM routing script?

There is "set node" must pass callerID information before sending the call to the agent.

ahmed we have gone far past these steps in troubleshooting. The GW gets CLID just fine. with or without a set node, once a call hits ICM it will write ANI to the TCD table, so it purely just isn't getting it from somewhere. Thanks for offering some help though.
