Does anyone know why someone would go with Windows Server 2003 over Windows 2000 Server? Currently have Windows 2000 Server as OS for Unity 4.0(5). Need to know the benefit of Windows Server 2003 over Windows 2000 Server to justify reformatting Unity server during upgrade of Unity.

Reason #1 is support. Cisco is phasing out Windows 2000-based servers by transitioning those servers and their applications into EoS/EoL status.

Note that Dialogic voice-boards are not supported with Windows 2003 and require Windows 2000. So if you are using voice-boards for a PBX integration you will need to remain on Windows 2000 or replace the voice-boards with a PIMG integration.
Voice-board support was dropped all together with Cisco Unity 7.0(2).
