Interface going down and up regularly?

In my internet router having 2 serial interfaces. Each interface connected to 2 mbps leased line . Totally 4 mpbs internet leased line we r having .One of the seial interface every 4 o 5 minutes it is getting down and then immediately after 6 seconds it is getting up.during down both interface and line getting down. what could be the problem..

It might be telco/circuit issue.

You can run a local loopback testing on that port to see if it is good. If yes, replace the cable between router and demarc. If the problem is still not resolved, you can contact with your service provider and ask for a circuit testing.
