CUOM 2.1 - SLV not shows all VGs present in DCR.

Dear all,

I added more than 280 VGs to the DCR.

All devices are in monitored state.

CCMs are 5.1.3 version.

Into Service Level View there are only 20-22 Vgs connected with their CCMs.

Each CCM has 70-80 VGs registered to.

Anybody know why I cannot see all VGs into SLV?

I have a similar problem as well, but the problem is only with CMM modules (VGs). Please let me know if you find the solution to this.

Are you guys ACS integrated?

If so, ensure your devices are added to ACS, and ensure CUOM user has access.

Check the home page of Cisco Works on CUOM.

This shows a devices not in ACS count and links to a report detailing which devices are not authorised.

If the VG's are assigned to a Route Group/Route List within CUCM then these VG's will not be displayed in SLV. You will see a Route List Cloud in SLV and this is where you will see those VG's.
