Solved: DFM Service reboot 6509

Hi;

System is running on LMS 3.0.1 with DFM service 3.0.4.

When we import edge switches (2960G) from DCR , there is no problem. But when we try to add Cisco 6509, in learning stage switch starts to reboot. We see switch is succesfully added in DFM.

After switch restart, in one minutes it restart again...and going on like this.

Ios version : s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-vz.122-33.SXH2a.bin

Because of this we spanned LMS port that connected to 6500 and captured traffic before reboot. We used wireshark software for capturing.

In capture file;

LMS IP : 10.50.10.21

6500 IP : 10.50.1.3

What we supposed to do solve this issue ?

Found the bug. It's CSCso85859. This is fixed in 12.2(33)SXH3.

What stack trace do you get on the switch after the crash? Please post the stack trace and the show version from this switch.

Hi;

We could get only these logs, because switch reboots again before starting completely.

I don't see any evidence of a crash, but I haven't done any IOS modularity crash debugging. What does "show stack" indicate?

Unfortunately, I couldn't find "show stack" output.

Only these options;

Backbone2#show stacks ?

interrupts Show interrupt details.

processes Show Process details.
