I have 2 remote branch that has a router gateway local, and a call manager central, with voip and a link frame relay, everything was working well. But since Monday they can do call, they can't do not listen but whom they call if can listen.
Since Monday the service provider is performing increases of bandwidths 64k to 256k, I have traffic shapping applied to 60k and fragmentation is 80, I have not done no change
This can cause this behavior? Why?

Hi,
IF you cann't hear the other site and he can hear you
It is almost a routing issue between both the remote site and the call manager
IF confirmed, check for any denies in your firewall
Kindly check and feed back again

My guess is that you did not enable fragmentation on the other side as well. They are sending you full packets and you process them correctly, but when you send packets you're fragmenting them and they don't know how to put them back together.
