Need help on unity connection

Hi. I want to know how to configure multiple mail box for single user in cisco unity connection. pls help me how to do it.

Are you going to use different extension for the same user? If so, go to alternate extension on the subscriber page, and associate the second extension.

Each user created in Active Directory (AD) has one mailbox associated to it. There's only a one to one mapping btw unity subscriber and the AD account. You'll need another AD account that has its own mailbox for the second line.

Hi. Thank you for the reply. it is same ext,because one of our customer is telling, he is having 3 mail box for single ext. pls explain. is it possible

You'll only be able to check on VM box using the messages button. Otherwise you'll have to have them log into the mailbox manually through Unity. mightyking is correct on the fact that you'll have to set them up as an alternate extension under the other mailboxes.
