Solved: bytes / message duration

I am using CUC 1.2(1) SR2.

I need to create some voice mailbox with different quotas.

I'd like to know what is the ratio in bytes VS capacity in minutes in voicemail box quotas.

It depends on the codec in use. G.711 encodes at 8 KB/sec. G.729 encodes at 1 KB/sec. Take a look at the following link.
