Unable to connecto 3750 with Cisco Network Assistant using https

I have multiple 3750's and have been able in the past to connect to them using CNA with https. We are using Radius and have https enabled on all 3750's. I can connect via putty using ssh successfully. But when trying to connect to some of the 3750's it fails with unable to connect. Any ideas on what I can check or where?

I have verified the https settings on both a 3750 I can connect to with https and one I cannot connect to with https they are identical in the config and status.

Thanks,

Chris

Did you generate crypto key?

crypto key generate rsa

Yes key has been generated on all 3750's and upon first connection to the 3750's via Putty it asks to accept the key and I have accepted for all switches. What's weird is I can connect via Putty fine using SSH but not using https via the CNA

Could you try:

1. disable https and then re-enable it.

2. Use browser to try https connection.

3. post config from both working and not-working swtich.

4. is there IOS version diff between them?

5. Do a packet sniffer to see in which step HTTPS connection is failed.
