UCCE 6.0 to 7.0 Upgrade - PG can't connect to router

I upgraded the Side A Rogger to 7.2(7) and changed the PG Setup to use the new server ip addresses (tech refresh upgrade) but the PG can't connect to the Router. I can ping both ways between the Router and PG. Wondering if anyone else has run into this or have any ideas for me? Thanks

Try rerunning setup on the rogger and readd the PG

Joe

What did you do with the old PGs? Are they offline? Did you use the same logical IDs and PIMs for the new PGs? What errors do you see in the logs?

HTH,

Chris

Might be worth checking the Call Router to see if the appropriate number of PGs are still checked. This should not have changed in an upgrade and it's a longshot, but you have to check everything.

You may also want to check the binding order on the PG - public first, private second.

Regards,

Geoff

It turned out to be an issue when the 7.0 Instance was added to the new domain it was added as Instance 1 instead of 0 so the Router and PG were talking on different ports.
