CallManager Attendant Console

Console ver. 5.1(1), Server Ver. 5.1(2). The line state for all directory numbers is unknown(?)in the directory window on this one attendant console. On another attendant console(different workstation same network)the line status is showing correct for all lines. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but got the same result???

check for FWs, antivirus or anything extra on that computer that could block communication
