Translation pattern in CUCM

Hi All,

Here is my scenario: service provider send 10 digits number no matter from local or long distance. the local area code is 512. I've configured translation pattern for incoming call to add 91 in the front of calling number in order end users be able to call directly from missed calls, received calls, ....

But when translation pattern add 91 in front of local number, it looks like: 915125551122. when directly dial that number from missed call, the call fails because it is local call and it shouldn't have 1 after 9. How can I configure translation pattern to add only 9 in front of local call and add 91 in front of long distance call in CUCM?

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

thanks

Alex

actually, you dont want to use a translation pattern for this. IN the Service Parameters of CUCM, you can edit the Missed calls log with 91.
