Solved: Integrating Workspace licensing and legacy licensing

Hi,

Is it possible to have for example CUCM and Unity with Workspace licencing (either Standard users or Professional users) and Meeting Placeexpress already purshased (with legacy license) and installed with a higher number of ports than the per-25-user port licence.

Hi

The license for Meetingplace is seperate to CCM etc, and is added directly to MPX.

CCM manages licenses for itself and a couple of other bits.

So they are independant in real terms. You can't mix legacy/CUWL in general, but in this case it could only be enforced by the licensing agreement.

You are also able to get your port per 25 user allowance, and add further ports to it by buying them... probably best to contact your AM to see what options you have with regard to those already purchased.
