Hold button not working for external calls

Users cannot put someone on hold if it is

an external call.

Hold works fine internally. Please help.

Hi, doest your voice gateway has an MRGL assigned that include the MoH resource.

Try to enable Media Termination Point (MTP) on the Gateway configuration page in CCM.

Few questions:

Which GW and IOS are you running?

Are you using H.323 Gateway?

Is the GW in-hous

Are you Multicasting MOH?
