Append 9 for all incoming number

I need to append 9 for all incoming number, when i use below rule:

rule 1 /\(^(.*\)/ /9\1/

Result is no 9 append for incoming number.

Is there any wrong for this translation rule.

Please help.

this rule i find it incorrect there is one missing parenthesis, ) try

/^\(.*\)/ /9\1/

make surethe voice translation profile is correctly applied into dial-peers.

After change to your pattern when i test the voice translation pattern is correct.

when i test incoming call to ip phone it still hsow original number no 9 apppend show on my phone.

I attach the configuration kindly take a look.

I solved the prolem aleady. After apply the translation pattern into my E1 dialpeer.
