ASA 5505 IPSEC , VPDN Configuration

Hi

I am trying to inpliment IPSEC/L2tp for Windows XP and 2000 as per the below cisco documentaion but i am getting error 800 please guide me how to impliment IPSEC / L2TP in ASA-5505, i implimented in PIX its working fine . please guide me i am i doing any mistake, i have to finish this task by tomarow .plz
