Hello Everyone,
Please I am creating an as built doc for a client that I installed unity for and I am required to get information like the total number of subscribers with the configuration done on them, the configuration details of both the unity and the exchange connection and any other relevant information.
How do I extract the information from the unity server.
Thank you all in advance

The "Gather Unity System Information (GUSI)" tool found under reporting tools in the Cisco Unity Tools Depot will give you all that and more.
There should be a shortcut to the Tools Depot on the desktop.
You can read about GUSI and download the latest version here:

Just to add to what Chris has said the GUSI will give an excellent summary, but if you want to go a little deeper, i.e see who is actually using there voicemail, have the enrolled, when was the last time it was used etc then again in the Tools depot you have the Subscriber Information Dump. Using both these tools can give you a lot of user information
thanks
Paul
