IP/IVR ICM licence

Hello all,,

I am in the middle of IPCC enterprise 7.5.1 installation. I am using IP/IVR 7.0 from the NFR kit. I got some licenses for it but they are not ICM subsystem licenses. Any idea how I can get those so that I get Subsystem > ICM option and can go on with my installation?

You probably installed the UCCX license not the IPIVR license. Make sure you are using the right license type from the NFR kit. The ICM subsystem is only available on the IPIVR license type.
