Solved: How to configure Slave Sup720 ?

Hi All,

How to configure Stanby supervisor engine. I need to change the boot image string.

1118th307-6513-01#show diagnostic sanity

Pinging default gateway 192.168.30.1

Type escape sequence to abort.

Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 192.168.30.1, timeout is 2 seconds:

!!!!!

Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 1/1/4 ms

Invalid boot image "sup-bootflash:s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-18.SXF11.bin" specified in the boot string on the slave.

Please check your boot string on the slave.

None of the images specified in the boot string on the slave are valid.

Please specify at least one valid image in the slave boot string to ensure the

slave is in a bootable state.

You are hitting bug CSCsc98471.

Show diagnostic sanity fails to check software modularity boot string

This is a cosmetic issue with the "show diagnostic sanity" command.

You should manually verify the bootstring if using modular IOS

How can i manually verify the boot string. This is my boot string vlaues.,

verify that the files at the different locations exist

do:

dir slavesup-bootflash:s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-18.SXF11.bin

dir slavebootflash:s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-18.SXF11.bin

if you get positive information the boot string is correct
