Auto update of phone background image

Is there a way I can automatically update the background image on a group of phones. I want it so the new background is the one selected on the phone - without having the user go and change it in settings on the phone.

CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13, Phones are 7941, 7961, 7970

sorry, no way to do so. there is no bulk process for that, phone designer allows you to do it remotely but it's per phone process.

phones do not look into backgrounds unless instructed to, by user or phone designer
