Support for TDR cable diagnostics

Dear friends,

The command test diagnostics cable-tdr interface <> does not seem to be supported on the new 4500 E-Series line card viz. WS-X4648-RJ45V-E. It says that the command is not supported on this module.

Is there any alternative to this issue that you could suggest

We are running 4500E with Sup 6-E and IOS ver 12.2(50)SG.

Use the "test cable-diagnostics tdr" command.

Thanks. But i already tried this command and it shows that it is not supported on this module.

The exact output that i received was :

The module that i am trying for is:

Hold on ... what is the syntax of your command?

"test diagnostics cable-tdr interface" for the 4500 is not valid. It's now "test cable-diagnostics tdr".

Sorry, i meant that i used the command test cable-diagnostics tdr only. But it did not work.
