Intigration between Call manager 5.1 and voice gateway 2811

Hello

I am having cisco 2811 router with NM HDA module ,with VWIC2-4FXO,VIC-4FXS/DID. and cisco Call Manager 5.1 . now i want to integrate both system for router voice call to PSTN network to IP network visa-versa.Please help me out to configure and resolve the issue

Hi friend, initial steps:

CCM

1. Configure your gateway (h323 or mgcp)

2. Configure your route-patterns

3. Assign the partition, CSS, MRGL, Region, Location to your gateway.

GATEWAY

1. Initially, for making calls to the PSTN numbers, create a dial-peer pots with a destinatton pattern .T, the port should be your FXO port

dial-peer voice 100 pots

destination-patterns .T

port 1/0 (FXO port)

2. To receive calls from the PSTN to your IPT network, configure a connection plar pointing to an internal ip phone in your FXO voice port.

voice-port 1/0 (FXO port)

connection plar 1212 (DN IP Phone).
