Unanswered Question

Our agents are set up with an internal ACD DN that UCCX (5.0(2)) uses, and a DID that is used for non-ACD calls. Our call center is set up with auto answer. What happens is, an incoming call rings to the DID, the agent picks up. The ACD DN still shows ready within UCCX. Calls will be delivered to the agent and ring a few times before rolling to another agent.

Is there any way to prevent the delivery of calls to the ACD DN when the agent is off-hook on the DID?

I have this problem too.

I've tested this and I haven't found a way to do it. I'd be interested if you find a solution.
