I am trying to connect Cisco 2821 voice gateway to Harries PBX via E1 PRI
PBX team told me they configured it with ETSI configuration
What ISDN switch type should I configure in my 2821 gateway to communicate with the PBX ?

I would check primary-QSIG, as it is a PABX

PBX does not necessarily imply QSIG.
For example, if the PBX interface is set to be connected to the PSTN, it will be strictly Q.931 only.
