IPCCX Cisco Agent desktop work state button

Dear All

I have a CRS 4.0(5) with CM 4.2(3)

I am facing a problem with work state button on Cisco Agent desktop.

I cannot use this button it is gray

and agents go on work state only by automatic wrapup time after ending a call

SO if anyone have any idea or a clue

The work state button is only enabled during a call. Are you saying that while on an ACD call, the Work button is disabled?

If so, check to ensure that it has not been manually disabled within the workflow group of CDA.

Thanks for your reply

But I have the Work Button gray out in both no calls for agent or while agent is on a call

I also check that the work Button is visible from Cisco Desktop Admin

So If you have any idea, I would appreciate it
