Require help in NTP Config

Can somebody tell me how to configure NTP.Which router i can configure as a NTP server for sync with cleint.

Pls brief me the config on both ntp server and cleint.

Cisco routers aren't the ideal NTP servers. I suggest syncing your routers against a reliable internet NTP server. For more information on NTP, please refer to the documentation:

Edison's right. Synchronise your router(s) with a authorized time server based on your geographical location. If you are in England, don't synchronize with a time server in China, for example.

I wouldn't recommend polling time from SNTP servers (slightly different protocol).

Here is a list from Public NTP Servers:

Whoopsie. True. But you can use the same (S)NTP servers as NTP.
