Using Unity 4.2
We have a Call Handler set to answer an 800 number and the Caller Input is set to allow callers to dial an extension during greeting. If they enter an invalid extension, how do I control where the call goes? Is this possible? Currently, the recording plays âI do not recognize that as a valid entryâ and routes the call to the Opening Greeting which might confuse some customers.
Thank you for any assistance.

Hi Brett,
This is from Unity Design Engineer Jeff Lindborg;
"You can expose the error greeting in the SA interface using the Advanced Settings tool. You can also use BulkEdit to do the for all your handlers and subscribers if you like - there's a special option called "loop back to self" for the error greeting option that's made just for this type of thing." Jeff
Hope this helps!
