if i am transfering a file of 1G between two PCs on the same VLAN connected in same access switches where the data is traveling from access switches to core switch Unnecessarily means the 1G data is traveling b/w access and my core switch. how to avoid it.

Not sure why you think the packet will be forwarded to core switch. If both PCs are in the same subnet and connected to the same switch, the switch should have both PCs' MAC address in mac-address table and it will forward the packet based on the destination MAC directly to PC.
