ping from PC1 can not reach R1 and PC2.

I don't know why. I'm testing Vlan

principle. Can anyone help me?

R1 : E0 10.43.6.1, E1 10.43.4.1

SW1 : 10.43.6.2 SW2 : 10.43.4.2

E0 from R1 connects Port1 from SW1

Port2 from SW1 connects PC1

E1 from R1 connects Port1 from SW2

Port2 from SW2 connects PC2

and here is configuration for SW1

SW1#vlan database

SW1#vlan 20 name test

SW1#conf t

SW1#int FE0/1

SW1#switchport access vlan 20

SW1#int FE0/2

SW2#conf t

SW2#int FE0/1

Hello Sangbong,

you have only one router connected to the two switches

verify on PC1 that you have provided the right default gateway

use ipconfig /all it has to be 10.43.6.1

you can check the ARP table with arp -g on the PC

on the router verify that ip routing is enabled

conf t

ip routing

PC2 has to use as DEf GW 10.43.4.1

Hope to help

Giuseppe
